My apologies for skipping the whole month of September! It was a whirlwind of activity, which culminated in our signature fundraising event, the Fidelity Investments Jacksonville Dragon Boat Festival on September 27th at the Jacksonville Landing. It was a huge success and was a sold-out event. Over 1100 paddlers competed and thousands of spectators lined the railings at the Landing watching the beauty of 42-foot long dragon boats race through the water, led by drummers dressed in spectacular costumes! What a wonderful event! Thanks to all of the sponsors, volunteers, and participants who made this second annual event possible.
