FREE YOGA FOR CANCER PATIENTS continues to be offered on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10am.  These classes take place at our Jacksonville Beach location.  Our yoga classes are taught by Christina Phipps Foundation instructors who are trained to work with cancer patients.  This is very gentle, restorative yoga with an emphasis on meditation, breathing, and gentle stretching.  There are also chairs available if you prefer to practice the postures and meditation from a chair.  Every cancer patient is welcome to participate.  Please RSVP each week by sending an email to sallie@jaxinthepink.net or calling 372-0029.
