Congratulations to ZOE GIPSON-KENDRICK on her graduation from Fletcher High School!  We are so proud of you and know you will do well at Eckerd College in the fall.  For all of our high school graduates out there, we wish you well in your future endeavors.

FREE YOGA classes for cancer survivors continue at In the Pink on Wednesday evenings at 5:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 10:00 am.  Please RSVP each week to sallie@jaxinthepink.net so we can prepare for the number of attendees.  Thank you for giving your time for free, instructors.  We love every one of you and feel fortunate to have you taking care of all of us!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:  In the Pink (beaches location) will permanently change SATURDAY hours to 10am-3pm.   This change takes effect June 15th!  

June 15th:  Jacksonville Beach will host it’s first Seawalk Music Festival at the Seawalk Pavilion from Noon-10pm.  Free to all.  Great music, food trucks, and fun!  Stop by and see us at In the Pink’s booth!  For more information on the festival line-up, visit  www.communityfirstseawalkfest.com .  Come out and support all of the local businesses and musicians!

June 29th:  Kick-off for the Inaugural Jacksonville Dragon Boat Festival takes place at 9am as In the Pink’s Dragon Boat Teams (Mammoglams & Saltwater Slayers) paddle with the Mayor of Jacksonville, Alvin Brown, downtown at the Jacksonville Landing!

July 12th-August 30th (every Friday excluding August 16th):  In the Pink encourages you to take part in a new program, “Health and Wellness for Women Touched by Cancer.”  This program will be offered every Friday from 10-11:30 am with sessions co-facilitated by Judy Smith, LCSW, RYT200 and Clare Lavender, PhD, LMHC.  The cost for the six, 90-minute sessions is $75 per person for the entire 6-week program.  The location for the program is 377 First Street in Atlantic Beach.  The sessions will discuss Nutrition & Green Living, Healing Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga Nidra, Following your Dreams, Connecting with Body Awareness, Creating Balance & Self-Nurturance for Optimal Living, and Hands-On Health Eating Food Preparation.  For more information, contact Judy Smith at 216-287-2829.  This is a phenomenal program for a great price!!
