November is lung, pancreatic & stomach cancer awareness month. Please support activities taking place throughout the city to honor our survivors and those we have lost to these cancers. November is also our month to honor caregivers! these important people are often forgotten…please thank those that helped you or a loved one!
YOGA FOR CANCER SURVIVORS will continue on Wednesday evenings at 5pm and Saturday mornings at 10am. These FREE classes require that you RSVP to 904-372-0029 or sallie@jaxinthepink.net sometime during the week prior to the class. Please thank our fabulous instructors, Euboea Brown, Lisa Evans-Boley, and Linda Altman. They give of their time for FREE and play a vital role in our recovery and everyday health.
